I have about 20 of these colourful jolly aprons in well washed soft cotton. I painted the apple blossom outside, the canvas lashed down with guy ropes to keep it from taking off like a sail in the wind. ‘Spring Clean’ was bought by Bristol’s Southmead Hospital; a perfect home for it, the painting hangs in the main corridor and lifts everyons’s spirits as they walk past.
